Have product since 2005. Both batteries have gone kaput. Replaced battery for $90 this past year. The drill head is starting to stick so I can't get bits in all the time without loosening head with vise grip and a vice. I smoked the brushes on the drill and it still works. All other tools work good. Very powerful. Just bought a cheaper new hammer drill (Chicago tools from Habour Freight) in case this one gives up the ghost for about $60 which includes 2 new batteries.
